James (Jamie) Hart Announced as New Office Managing Attorney for Weltman in Cincinnati

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors’ rights law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of shareholder James (Jamie) Hart as the new Office Managing Attorney (OMA) in Cincinnati, OH. Jamie succeeds attorney Nick Rohner who led the Cincinnati office as OMA for 10 years.

Jamie is a part of our Commercial Collections Group and Consumer Collections Group. Working with a variety of big and small retail and commercial banking institutions, individuals, and small business owners, Jamie helps his clients develop and implement strategies to maximize their recovery efforts.

When asked about this shift in leadership, Nick Rohner stated, “It has been a privilege to be the OMA of the Cincinnati office. With our Cincinnati office moving into a new location on Monday, August 22nd, I thought it was the perfect time to pass the torch to my colleague. Jamie is an excellent attorney and a dynamic leader. I am excited that he is leading our office into this new era.”
