Nick thinks outside the box, using a number of resources to achieve the ultimate result.

Representing banks, credit unions, and debt purchasers, Nick helps his clients utilize the legal process to recover their collateral, unpaid loans, or judgment balances. In the high-volume, fast-paced environment of collections and collateral recovery, bumps along the road are bound to occur - and when they do, his clients know they can easily reach out to him for his advice. Nick advocates for his clients in a way that always promotes their best long-term interests, even if it means recommending a settlement or a less adversarial approach.

Some of the biggest problems his clients encounter occur when trying to recover collateral that is in the hands of third parties. Resolving differences with third parties - with or without court intervention - can be complicated, especially when conflicting liens can be asserted. These situations require knowledge of state-specific laws, and the ability to negotiate for the proper resolution.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys watching his three children play sports and helping out at his wife’s community art studio.
