Weltman Welcomes New Attorney Scott Best

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman) welcomes new Attorney Scott Best to the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, where he will practice in the Consumer Collections and Commercial Collections Practice Groups. Scott brings more than 11 years of experience as a collections attorney, including two years as in-house counsel with a debt buyer collection agency and six years with collections law firms, where he represented numerous large banks and debt buyers.

Scott is a graduate of Villanova University in 2001, where he majored in Political Science. He earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2004. Scott is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the New Jersey District Court and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
