Weltman Celebrates 95 Years of Excellence in Creditor's Rights!

CLEVELAND – Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), a nationally recognized creditors' rights law firm, is proud to announce the celebration of its 95th anniversary. Since its founding in 1930, Weltman has built a legacy of delivering trusted legal and recovery solutions to creditors across the country.

Over the past nine and a half decades, Weltman has grown from a small practice in Cleveland to a firm with offices across multiple states, offering a full range of collection, litigation, and recovery services. Today, the firm’s team of 60 attorneys and more than 600 dedicated professionals continues to uphold the founding principles of integrity, client commitment, and results-driven service.

“Our 95th anniversary is a remarkable milestone that honors the vision, hard work, and unwavering client focus that have shaped Weltman into the firm it is today,” said Chuck Pona, Managing Partner. “This celebration not only reflects our past accomplishments but also reaffirms our commitment to evolving with the needs of our clients and the industries we serve.”

Weltman specializes in providing comprehensive solutions across consumer collections, commercial collections, real estate default, bankruptcy, and creditor litigation and defense. With a fully integrated approach, the firm offers clients a seamless experience from account placement through final resolution.

As Weltman looks ahead to the future, the firm remains focused on innovation, operational excellence, and fostering strong client relationships. A series of commemorative events and initiatives are planned throughout the year to celebrate this significant achievement with employees, clients, and partners.

“We are incredibly grateful to our clients, our employees, and the communities we serve,” added Pona. “Their trust and support have made this milestone possible. We are excited to honor our history while continuing to grow, adapt, and lead into our next chapter.”
