Karen holds an MBA with an HR concentration from Baldwin Wallace University (summa cum laude, 2018) and a BBA from Cleveland State University. She is also a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and is currently a doctoral candidate at Liberty University, where her research focuses on employee retention challenges. Additionally, Karen is licensed by the Ohio Department of Insurance in all major lines.
