WWR Welcomes Nicholas Palumbo

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., the nation’s largest creditors’ rights law firm based on revenue and placements according to Collections & Credit Risk magazine, is pleased to welcome new associate Nicholas D. Palumbo.

Nicholas D. Palumbo will be working in the Collection Services department of the Columbus office. He joins the Firm with over five years experience, three of which focused on collections litigation. Mr. Palumbo is skilled in providing tactical and strategic legal advice to business creditors. Mr. Palumbo earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University’s, Pettit College of Law (2006), and his B.A. with honors in both Pre-law and Professional & Organizational Communications from Ohio Northern University (2003). He was previously employed with the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office in Akron, Ohio as a felony prosecutor in the violent crimes unit. Mr. Palumbo is licensed in all state courts of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
