Weltman Welcomes Two New Attorneys to Detroit Office

DETROIT - Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm with over 93 years of client service, is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys at the firm’s Detroit, MI office – Thomas (Tom) Duquette and Pete Marselis.

Tom’s top clients include student loan creditors and insurance companies’ subrogation departments. When they need help, Tom stays dedicated and determined to optimize every aspect of the process and recover for his clients.

Pete has over 20 years of experience in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and litigation. He represents large and small financial institutions in creditor’s rights matters, including collections, replevins, foreclosures, and other defaulted matters. Pete’s vigorous creditor representation includes mortgage creditors, finance companies, auto lenders, and more.
