Weltman Welcomes New Attorney in Chicago

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), the nation’s largest creditors’ rights law firm based on revenue and placements according to Collections & Credit Risk magazine, is pleased to welcome new attorney, Timothy Burnette.

Timothy F. Burnette practices in Consumer Collections and is based in the Chicago office. He has more than 10 years of experience as a litigation attorney, during which time he handled collections, replevins, assessment deficiencies, condominium board/association defense, subrogation and personal injury matters. Timothy earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2000 and a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School (Chicago) in 2003 where he wrote a law review article for the Review of Intellectual Property Law. He is licensed in Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. district Court (Northern District of Illinois).
