Weltman Partner Larry R. Rothenberg Recognized as a Top Real Estate Lawyer in Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers Magazine

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (Weltman) is pleased to announce that partner Larry R. Rothenberg was recognized as a Top Real Estate Lawyer in the May 2010 Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers magazine. This issue highlights the top attorneys in construction, eminent domain, energy & natural resources, land use/zoning and real estate law across Ohio.

Larry Rothenberg is the partner in charge of managing the Foreclosure/Eviction department of the Cleveland office of Weltman. In addition to his most recent recognition, Mr. Rothenberg has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer in the yearly edition of Super Lawyers magazine for four years. Mr. Rothenberg earned B.B.A. summa cum laude from Ohio University in 1975 and his J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law in 1978. A member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, Mr. Rothenberg is licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of OH) and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Legal and Financial Network and served as a Past President for the Mortgage Servicing Society of Northeast Ohio. He is the Chairman of the Foreclosure Procedures Committee, and has served as Chairman of the Real Estate section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association as well as Chairman of its Real Estate Law Institute.

Mr. Rothenberg is a frequent lecturer on foreclosure and related issues and is the author of the Ohio Jurisdictional Summary, The Law of Distressed Real Estate, published by the West Group.
