Weltman Opening New Office In Florida

Alan H. Weinberg, firm wide Managing Partner of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), and Frank J. Veneziano, Managing Partner of the Weltman Real Estate Default Group (REDG), announce the upcoming opening of a new office in the state of Florida. The office, the tenth for Weltman, is slated to open in September and will be located in the Fort Lauderdale area. Lisa Rogers, a Florida practitioner with a wealth of real estate default experience will manage the office as a Junior Partner of the Firm.

Services will initially be provided by the Weltman Real Estate Default Group focused on meeting the needs of mortgage lenders and servicers through innovative approaches to helping reduce default portfolios, including:
