Shareholder Sara Costanzo Joins National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA) Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee

CLEVELAND - Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm with over 93 years of client service, is pleased to announce that shareholder Sara Costanzo has joined the National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA) Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee.

This committee facilitates the association's ongoing and continuing efforts to foster a culture and atmosphere of mutual respect, and to attract, retain, and promote outstanding professionals from all backgrounds, perspectives, and abilities.

When asked about joining this committee, Sara said, “I am excited to join the committee to learn across an entire industry, ways to not only become an inclusive leader, but how to champion diversity among our workforce to recruit and retain diverse team members.
