Topics: Awards

CHICAGO
- Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm with over 90 years of client service, is proud to announce that shareholder and the firm’s Chicago office managing attorney Casey Hicks has been named among the 2022 Notable Women in Law by Crain’s Chicago Business! The list recognizes women who have a track record of setting legal precedents, winning big cases for their clients and mentoring the next wave of women in law – all while finding ways to give back to their communities.

“I am honored to be recognized with such an amazing group of female lawyers,” says Casey. “Thank you to Crain's for this great recognition and to my colleagues for the nomination.”

Casey focuses on real estate and collateral recovery - including repossessions, seizure and impound, emergency replevin, and auto title issues. Working directly with vice presidents of collections, collections supervisors, and foreclosure specialists, she enjoys educating her clients on the law and its applicability to their day-to-day work.

Born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, Casey loves “all things Purdue.” She has spent a lot of time cheering on Purdue sports, as well as the Cubs and the Saints. She also loves to travel to new places and find new races to run, and regularly combines these interests in the trips that she takes.

Congratulations to Casey on this great honor! To read the full Crain’s article, please visit their website here. To learn more and connect with Casey, visit her attorney bio.
