REDG Expands Leadership Team

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. is pleased to announce the expansion of the Real Estate Default Group (REDG) leadership team with the recent addition of Thomas J. McGuinness and David E. White.

Tom McGuinness joins the WWR Real Estate Default Group as the Director of Title Services for Thoroughbred Title Agency, Inc. He brings a wealth of knowledge from the real estate industry, holding key leadership positions in title insurance over the last 10+ years with Bank of America/LandSafe National Default, and Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Tom will help strengthen TTA’s title operations, processes and client communications across the REDG. Tom will manage the expansion of markets for TTA and be based in the Cleveland office.

With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, David E. White will manage the foreclosure team for the Real Estate Default Group in the WWR Cincinnati office. David’s previous experience includes key positions with Accredited Home Lenders and Centex Home Equity Corp.
