Foreclosure Sales May Now Resume in Summit County, Ohio

On September 3^rd, 2020, Summit County, lifted its moratorium regarding Sheriff Sales in that county. However, such sales will take place online. Accordingly, Sheriff Sales in Summit County may now be rescheduled. For Mortgage Sales, the first date has been set for October 30^th, 2020. For Delinquent Tax Sales, the first sale date will be January 12^th, 2021. The online sales website is available here.  Subsequent sale dates will be published on this website.
