Sara is a civil and commercial litigation attorney with a focus on consumer and creditor-related matters. She represents clients in complex disputes involving contracts, debt, and real property, handling cases in both state and federal courts. Sara brings more than a decade of professional experience to her practice, combining sharp analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset to deliver strategic, client-centered results.
Before entering private practice, Sara served as a Deputy Director of Financial Stability, where she supervised litigation involving consumer protection, housing, and public interest issues impacting underserved communities. This experience honed her ability to view legal disputes from multiple perspectives, a skill she continues to apply in advocating for her clients today.
Known for being collaborative and goal-oriented, Sara approaches each case with fairness and balance while steadfastly protecting her clients’ legal rights. Her background representing both consumers and creditors provides her with a unique ability to anticipate challenges, craft persuasive arguments, and resolve disputes effectively.
Outside of the office, Sara is deeply engaged in her community and enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her husband, five children, and two grandchildren.
