As an Illinois-admitted Attorney, Haley brings a broad range of legal experience to her work representing creditors. Before joining the firm, she built a strong foundation across multiple areas of practice, including immigration law and family law, working as a legal assistant, law clerk, and later as an Associate Attorney. Her background gives her a deep understanding of the legal process from start to finish, as well as the ability to manage high-volume caseloads and support clients through challenging situations.
Haley’s path to becoming an attorney was shaped by resilience and determination. After taking time to reassess her career goals, she committed to pursuing law while working full time, attending classes in the evening, and ultimately completing her degree ahead of schedule.

She is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and is committed to providing steady, thoughtful representation to creditors across industries.
