Before entering the creditors’ rights and financial services space, Elliott developed broad legal experience across complex civil matters, including litigation, trial work, real estate matters, and building code violations. These years have built the skills and strategic thinking he brings to every matter he handles. A second-generation attorney, Elliott was inspired by his father’s career, and he carries forward that legacy of client-focused advocacy.
Colleagues and clients describe Elliott as motivated, solutions-driven, and grounded. He strives to differentiate himself by maintaining open communication, treating every client with respect, and thoroughly analyzing each case to pursue the most effective path forward — whether through negotiation or courtroom advocacy.
Born and raised in Chicago, Elliott now lives in the city with his wife and their three children. When he’s not in the office, you can find him enjoying family outings, traveling, or cheering on his favorite soccer teams. Music is another passion, and Elliott appreciates moments that bring people together — both inside and outside the legal profession.
