Andrew’s unparalleled focus, positive attitude, and drive to succeed deliver positive results for his clients.

Andrew is proud to work on behalf of creditors with major lending institutions and utility companies. He assists both organizations in recovering their unpaid debts, while also helping utility companies collect the monies that they are owed when their valuable equipment is damaged. His clients can always count on him to know every fact of the case before heading into an arbitration, mediation, negotiation, or trial.

Before joining the Weltman team in 2021, Andrew was an associate attorney at a boutique employment law firm in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, he managed his own docket of cases for which he wrote complaints, responded to discovery requests, and handled dispositive motions.  Prior to that role, he served as a law clerk for New Jersey Superior Court Judge Colleen Maier. Andrew credits his judicial clerkship with getting him into the habit of looking each case from the perspective of both parties. Andrew strongly believes that an understanding of each side has allowed him to grow into the strong lawyer that he is today.

Andrew is a proud graduate of Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Law and was a member of CWRU’s National Moot Court Team. During law school, he was a member of CWRU’s health law journal and authored a piece titled, “How Voluntary Is Voluntary,” which was published in Volume 18 of the Appalachian Journal of Law.

Outside of work, Andrew is a long-suffering Buffalo Bills fan, however, the team’s recent success has made Sundays in the fall far less painful.
