Before becoming an attorney, Shayna worked as a law clerk at a personal injury firm, where she supported the personal injury, class action, and mass tort litigation teams. Her experience managing a high volume of cases and maintaining open communication with clients helped prepare her to thrive in a fast-paced collections practice.
