Weltman Attorney Thomas Widman Appointed to Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education

COLUMBUS -- Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm with over 94 years of client service, is proud to announce that attorney Thomas Widman has been appointed as a member of the Supreme Court’s Commission on Continuing Legal Education, to serve as the Ohio attorney from the Tenth Appellate District, for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2025.

Thomas Widman is a seasoned attorney with over 32 years of experience, primarily focused on litigation and complex collections. Thomas provides strategic direction for the firm’s litigation and complex collection business unit to help achieve the firm’s long-term goals and uphold its mission and values. He recently joined the firm’s Columbus, Ohio office practicing in the Consumer Collections Group.

When asked about this appointment, Thomas said “I’m honored to be appointed to Ohio’s Commission on Continuing Education and I look forward to working with the other members of the commission to improve the quality of legal and judicial services in Ohio.”
