Weltman Attorney James T. Hart Admitted to the Eastern District of Kentucky

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), a full-service creditors’ rights law firm, congratulates Attorney James T. “Jamie” Hart for his admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Mr. Hart is based in the firm’s Cincinnati office where he focuses his practice in consumer and commercial collections with an emphasis on legal action recovery, healthcare collections, student loan recovery, subrogation and complex commercial matters. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Hart belongs to the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Kentucky Creditors’ Rights bar associations, and is an active member of his community. He volunteers for both Junior Achievement and the Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) program, which seeks to educate high school and college students on the responsible use of credit and other fundamentals of financial literacy. Mr. Hart earned his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2006, and his B.A. from Depauw University in 2002.
