Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm with over 90 years of client service, is pleased to announce that shareholder Amy Clum Holbrook has been selected as an honoree for the 2022 class of Women in Auto Finance by Cherokee Media Group! Now in its 5th year, Amy joins an impressive class of leaders in today’s automotive finance industry. This list recognizes women who specialize in crucial skills such as accounting, computer science, and law. It honors the most dedicated and talented professionals from throughout the used-car industry.

Practicing primarily in collateral recovery and replevins, Amy helps her clients recover on defaulted loan agreements and leases. Her matters may include traditional collection strategies such as demand letters, or more complex cases such as recoveries where violence or obstruction is a factor. She also assists with title issues, securing vehicles that are subject to criminal forfeit or seizure, counterclaim defense, compliance issues related to repossession, and the negotiation/settlement of disputes.

“I am honored to be named with these other talented women and grateful to Cherokee Media Group for this opportunity," says Amy. The 2022 class of honorees are highlighted in the August edition of Auto Fin Journal, will be recognized during Used Car Week at the Leadership Luncheon, and have the opportunity to participate in a live panel discussion at the event.

Featured in the announcement, Amy answers several questions regarding her career and what experiences led to this achievement. Read the full announcement here
