year, Amy joins an impressive class of leaders in today’s automotive finance industry. This list recognizes women who specialize in crucial skills such as accounting, computer science, and law. It honors the most dedicated and talented professionals from throughout the used-car industry.
Practicing primarily in collateral recovery and replevins, Amy helps her clients recover on defaulted loan agreements and leases. Her matters may include traditional collection strategies such as demand letters, or more complex cases such as recoveries where violence or obstruction is a factor. She also assists with title issues, securing vehicles that are subject to criminal forfeit or seizure, counterclaim defense, compliance issues related to repossession, and the negotiation/settlement of disputes.
