New Real Estate Default Attorney Joins Weltman's Cincinnati Office

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm in its 90th year in business, is pleased to welcome attorney Nathan R. Duvelius to its Cincinnati office. 

Attorney Nathan Duvelius focuses his practice on real estate default, including foreclosure and its alternatives, eviction, and litigation and defense matters. Nathan works with banks, credit unions, and mortgage servicers to transform their nonperforming assets into substantial recoveries. Prior to joining the firm, he served in a variety of legal roles relevant to his current practice area – bringing over 12 years of collections experience with him. Nathan earned his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law in 2013, and his undergraduate degree in English from Miami University in 2004. He is licensed throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
