Foreclosure Sales May Now Resume in Summit County, Ohio

On September 3rd, 2020, Summit County, lifted its moratorium regarding Sheriff Sales in that county. However, such sales will take place online. Accordingly, Sheriff Sales in Summit County may now be rescheduled. For Mortgage Sales, the first date has been set for October 30th, 2020. For Delinquent Tax Sales, the first sale date will be January 12th, 2021. The online sales website is available here.  Subsequent sale dates will be published on this website.
