Tyra focuses her practice on collections and litigation matters. She brings a strong foundation of legal experience to her role, having worked in probate and estate planning, insurance defense, and criminal law prior to joining the collections industry. These experiences sharpened her attention to detail, strengthened her ability to manage complex, time-sensitive cases, and gave her the tools to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
Tyra has always been drawn to advocacy, inspired by her desire to support and empower individuals who may not have a strong voice of their own. She is approachable, adaptable, and resourceful—qualities that allow her to quickly build rapport with clients and debtors while navigating the sensitive financial challenges that collections work often presents. Her ability to adapt and learn new areas of law efficiently makes her well equipped to manage complex cases and deliver practical solutions.
Reliable, efficient, and approachable, Tyra values strong relationships, clear communication, and finding solutions that truly meet the needs of her clients. Whether guiding someone through a financial hardship or working alongside colleagues on a complex case, she remains committed to providing the professionalism, persistence, and advocacy her clients deserve.
