For Nathan, the law has always been about more than rules and procedures. It’s about understanding how the system works, finding opportunities within it and using it to make a meaningful difference for clients.
Nathan brings a strong background in legal research, writing, and advocacy to his work with credit card companies and lenders. His previous experience as a paralegal and legal assistant in Social Security Disability/SSI and personal injury matters sharpened his attention to detail and gave him extensive experience preparing legal briefs for administrative courts. He further developed his writing skills in law school as a member of one of his school’s law journals.
In his practice, Nathan helps clients navigate the legal systems and processes involved in debt recovery. His approach is grounded in three qualities colleagues have used to describe him: attentive, concise, and practical. He believes that understanding a client’s needs is the starting point for developing an effective legal strategy, and he strives to provide guidance that is both thoughtful and results-oriented.
A Cincinnati-area native, Nathan is a longtime supporter of the city’s sports teams and especially enjoyed watching the Bengals defeat the Saints in the Superdome while attending law school. His time in New Orleans also sparked a lasting appreciation for Cajun cuisine, and making gumbo has become a favorite winter tradition.
When he’s not working, Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors and hopes to eventually visit all of the national parks after exploring Yosemite. He also enjoys playing guitar and golf—two pursuits where he’s happily embracing the learning curve.
