Kathleen brings a military foundation, extensive creditors’ rights experience, and a practical approach to serving financial institution clients.

Kathleen brings a strong foundation in creditors’ rights and a practical, results-focused approach to her legal practice. After law school, she began her career with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, serving on active duty before transitioning to private practice. Her time in the Navy helped shape her approach as an attorney, instilling the discipline, professionalism, and commitment to service that she carries into her work today.

Kathleen represents banks and credit unions in foreclosure matters and has extensive experience handling foreclosures, bankruptcies, and commercial workouts. Her goal is to manage client matters as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible while working toward excellent outcomes. Known by clients and colleagues as responsive, effective, and down to earth, Kathleen takes a straightforward and thoughtful approach to serving those she represents.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys gardening, lifting weights, and Chinese ink painting. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their dog, Tony.
