Genny I. Moss

Prior to joining the firm, Genny spent five and a half years representing debtors in high-volume bankruptcy practices across Ohio, where she developed extensive experience in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters, including a strong focus on resolving complicated confirmation issues. She also gained exposure to Chapter 11 proceedings, further broadening her understanding of complex bankruptcy cases. This diverse background allows her to anticipate challenges from multiple angles and deliver efficient, informed solutions for her clients.

Known for being friendly, dedicated, and a self-proclaimed “bankruptcy geek,” Genny is passionate about the Bankruptcy Code and the opportunities it provides for structured financial recovery. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service by being responsive, approachable, and solution-oriented. Outside of her legal practice, Genny is a devoted mother, an avid reader, a crossword enthusiast, and a strong trivia competitor. She enjoys yoga, travel, a wide range of music, and cheering on her favorite teams - the Cleveland Browns, the Cleveland Guardians, and the Florida State Seminoles.
