Clifton (Chauncey) Hitchcock brings more than 25 years of professional experience to his legal practice, with expertise spanning real estate, corporate law, and collections. Since 2003, Chauncey has been deeply involved in commercial and residential real estate, guiding clients through acquisitions, leasing, development, financing, planning and zoning, and 1099 tax-deferred exchanges. He has also handled the purchase and sale of numerous businesses and business assets. His professional background includes in-house counsel roles for national and regional corporations across real estate, education, automotive, and healthcare industries.
Chauncey also served nearly 20 years as a Planning Commissioner in Auburn Hills, reviewing proposed developments and contributing to the growth and planning of the community.
