Practicing law isn’t just Cameron’s profession… it’s his passion. He combines strong communication, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to earn the trust of every client – and drive desired results.

With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Cameron joined the firm’s Philadelphia office in April of 2022. Cameron is an experienced courtroom litigator, dedicating the majority of his practice to subrogation, as well as a variety of contested and complex collection matters. In addition, Cameron also repersentscreditors in bankruptcy proceedings in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Having a thorough understanding of the litigation process in both jurisdictions, he is able to provide his clients a detailed roadmap of their litigation options, and when the best result may not be found in the courtroom, he provides advice on practical collection strategies.

Prior to joining Weltman, Cameron worked as an attorney practicing criminal defense and consumer bankruptcy for a boutique firm just outside of Philadelphia. During this time, he represented defendants in a variety of criminal matters in both state and federal court, as well as hundreds of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Here, Cameron learned the ins and outs of courtroom litigation, and as a result of his debtors’ rights bankruptcy experience, he is able to view each matter from the perspective of the borrower, providing unique and valuable insight into maximizing collection strategies for his clients. Cameron developed his interest in law when he began at the boutique firm as a file clerk in 2011, working his way up to paralegal, and then attorney following his law school graduation and passing the bar exam.

Cameron is a proud graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law – class of 2020. He also received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple, crediting the school for fostering his keen interest in the law. Outside of the office, one can find Cameron hitting the ski slopes in the winter or the beach in the summer. He’s also an avid sports fan, dedicating his loyalty to the Philadelphia Eagles as well as the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers (unfortunately) due to being raised in a small farm town in Nebraska.
