Allyson displays an infectious drive to exceed client expectations while producing a positive and growing operational net income.

As director of the firm’s real estate default group, Allyson is responsible for developing and building client partnerships, marketing new business, and maintaining industry requirements. She works directly with national and local community banks, mortgage servicers, credit unions, and individual investors, and is highly focused on resolving situations in the quickest and best way possible. When her clients need help with their non-performing notes that are secured by real estate collateral, she provides a customized solution - which may include foreclosure, deed in lieu, property preservation, loss mitigation, or eviction.

Thanks to her prior role as a loss mitigation manager, Allyson is in a unique position to better understand her client’s needs and expectations. With this perspective, she strives to provide superior service, which she defines as foreseeing expectations and proactively delivering upon them. She is extremely observant of pending deadlines, and is highly cognizant of how even the slightest delay in a timeline could be extremely costly, and could subject a property to unwanted damages or depreciation.

Allyson understands the fast pace of the industry and the pressure her clients feel to produce consistent results. She monitors her team’s workflow and work product to ensure they are consistently delivering top level customer service and results. She works well under pressure and can easily adapt - and quickly react - to sudden, unplanned changes. Under her leadership, the real estate team has significantly increased departmental efficiencies, client service, and profitability.

Originally from Michigan City, Indiana, Allyson has called northern Kentucky home for the last 25 years. She resides there with her husband, two dogs, and cat. On the weekends, she stays busy with hobbies such as home decorating, gardening, and walking with friends. In the summer, she looks forward to spending time with her family at Lake Michigan. She is also a big college basketball fan and loves cheering on her favorite teams every year during March Madness.
