The Real Estate Default Group (REDG) of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., the nation’s largest creditors’ rights law firm based on revenue and placements according to Collections & Credit Risk magazine, is pleased to welcome new associate Emily J. Honsa.
Emily J. Honsa will concentrate on foreclosure services as she joins the REDG Cleveland, Ohio office. Ms. Honsa earned her JD from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2009, and her BA from Hiram College in 2005. A member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, Ms. Honsa is licensed in the state courts of Ohio. She is admitted to practice in the US District Court (Northern District of OH). Ms. Honsa is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Catholic Lawyers Guild of the Diocese of Cleveland (Executive Board Member) and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity (Co-Dean of the Cleveland Alumni Senate). She obtained an Executive Certificate in Negotiation (2006) from The University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. Ms. Honsa serves as Membership Chair for the City Club of Cleveland New Leaders and is a member of the Cleveland Council for World Affairs.
