Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA Welcomes Attorney Kevin J. Cummings

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), a full-service creditors’ rights law firm now in its 87th year of client service, welcomes Attorney Kevin J. Cummings to its Real Estate Default Group, which provides bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure services to mortgage lenders and servicers. Mr. Cummings will be located in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Mr. Cummings earned his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. He pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he earned dual majors in broadcast journalism and political science. He was also a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, the National Broadcasting Society, and the Miami Commitment Program.

Mr. Cummings is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lackawanna County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
