Alexander C. Weinberg

An Ohio licensed attorney for more than eight years, Alex practices in consumer collections. He works hard to help clients recover their money while also protecting their brand reputations and relationships with consumers. His client portfolio ranges from small businesses to large corporations, including banks, credit unions, auto lenders, mortgage servicers, and more.

For Alex, strong communication is the most effective tool for resolving collections disputes. He breaks down complex matters in an easy-to-understand fashion and makes himself available to clients through phone calls and in-person meetings whenever possible. He strives to bring a personal touch back into the legal field, ensuring clients feel both comfortable and confident.

Prior to his role in consumer collections, Alex practiced within the real estate vertical at Weltman. He was dedicated to helping clients resolve issues relating to non-performing assets, probate and title claims, as well as recover mortgage-secured debts. During this time, Alex honed his superior problem-solving, negotiating and case management skills. 

A firm believer that dogs are a man’s best friend, Alex splits his time between his Great Pyrenees, Charlie, and his big family. He remains active by frequently hiking, skiing, and visiting the gym, and occasionally binge-watches Netflix to balance it all out. He also enjoys traveling to new places, whether it’s an hour drive away or a two-week trip across the ocean.
