Alex helps simplify the complexities of his clients’ real estate default files.
No stranger to the real estate vertical, Alex knows how to navigate even the most complex of scenarios for his clients. His experience varies from small-sized firms to large corporations but all leads back to the same underlying principle: communication is key. Alex’s strong communication skills display a domino effect when it comes to problem-solving, negotiating, and case management. Alex strives daily to work in such a way that will allow his clients to rest easy, knowing he has them taken care of.
Alex’s focus on real estate default makes him the attorney of choice for banks, credit unions, and mortgage servicers. Whether they’re looking to recover mortgage-secured debt, resolve non-performing assets, or are in need of real estate litigation & defense, Alex knows that the best solutions are those that are individually tailored. That’s why he keeps an open line of communication to ensure he is understanding their expectations and needs.
A firm believer that dogs are a man’s best friend, Alex splits his time between his Great Pyrenees, Charlie, and his big family. He remains active by frequently hiking, skiing, and visiting the gym, and occasionally binge-watches Netflix to balance it all out. Alex greatly enjoys traveling, whether it’s an hour drive somewhere new or a two week trip across the ocean.
