Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA Expands Real Estate Default Group Leadership

Weltman, Weinberg and Reis Co., LPA (Weltman) is pleased to announce the expansion of the Real Estate Default Group Thoroughbred Title Agency Inc. leadership team with the addition of Theodore (Ted) J. Bush as Director of Title Operations.

Mr. Bush, obtained his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and brings to Weltman over 15 years of experience in the title insurance industry. Ted spent his early career with national underwriters and has over 10 years of experience in executive management, including several years as a senior vice president and regional manager.

Ted is a licensed attorney with experience underwriting and closing residential and commercial transactions. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA), where he is on the Board of the OLTA PAC and a respected speaker at continuing legal and insurance education programs.
