Weltman Congratulates Associate Benjamin Hoen

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman) congratulates Benjamin N. Hoen, an associate in the Real Estate Default Group of Weltman, on his recent admittance to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania.

Benjamin practices in Real Estate Default, focusing on foreclosure & eviction services, based in the Cleveland office of Weltman. Benjamin earned his First Rabbinical Degree from Central Teshiva, Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitz in 1998 and his J.D. cum laude from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004. A member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, Benjamin is licensed in Ohio. He is a member of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Alumni Association (Moot Court Board of Governors) and was selected for inclusion in the 2011 & 2012 Ohio Rising Stars list. Benjamin’s community involvement includes serving on the Cleveland Heights City Council Citizens Advisory Committee, assisting with and monitoring the city’s Community Development Block Grant Program, serving on the Board of Trustees of Congregation Zemach Zedek of Cleveland Heights and Friendship Circle of Cleveland.
