Tiffani is a partner whose practice is devoted exclusively to insurance subrogation and recovery litigation. She leads the firm's Michigan subrogation practice and oversees recovery efforts involving multiple jurisdictions nationwide. Since focusing her practice on insurance subrogation in 2016, Tiffani has represented insurance companies, third-party administrators, self-insured entities, and recovery organizations in complex recovery matters involving Michigan No-Fault, negligence, statutory recovery rights, priority disputes, uninsured motorists, property damage, and multi-state litigation.
Tiffani’s career provides a rare, end-to-end perspective on the insurance industry. She began working in Michigan No-Fault in 2007 as a claims adjuster for a major national insurance carrier, where she developed firsthand experience investigating claims, evaluating liability, and navigating the complexities of Michigan's no-fault system. While attending law school, she continued building her legal foundation by working as a legal assistant in a no-fault litigation practice. After becoming an attorney in 2011, she practiced Michigan No-Fault law before transitioning her practice exclusively to insurance subrogation and recovery litigation in 2016.
Having worked in claims, litigation support, and private practice, Tiffani understands the entire life cycle of an insurance claim. This comprehensive perspective allows her to develop recovery strategies that are not only legally sound but also practical, efficient, and aligned with her clients' business objectives.
Her graduate work focused on improving organizational and individual performance, providing her with a unique understanding of decision-making, operational efficiency, and high-performing organizations. She regularly draws on that background to help clients improve recovery processes, optimize litigation strategy, and enhance operational performance in high-volume recovery environments.
In addition to her litigation practice, Tiffani is a frequent national speaker on insurance subrogation, Michigan No-Fault law, recovery strategy, and organizational performance. She is recognized for translating complex legal issues into practical strategies that claims professionals, recovery teams, and attorneys can immediately implement to improve results. Tiffani has served as a NASP Leader for the past several years.
Known for her collaborative approach and strategic mindset, Tiffani partners with clients to solve complex recovery challenges, maximize recoveries, and develop innovative solutions that strengthen long-term recovery programs. Her combination of claims experience, legal advocacy, and organizational expertise provides clients with a perspective that extends well beyond traditional litigation.
