Jason has always enjoyed tackling a problem and searching for a solution. Thinking back, there’s no surprise that he decided to be an attorney! Jason is licensed in Michigan, Florida, and Illinois and has been involved in litigation for over 10 years. Throughout his career, he has focused solely on debtor-creditor law-related fields of practice and in that capacity has represented several mortgage lenders and servicers, original creditors, and debt buyers.
Clients have described Jason as friendly, organized, and assertive in his efforts to ensure that he is protecting their interests. That includes handling debtor disputes, of any size, in an ethical and efficient manner. Jason knows that judgment may not always be the best solution, so he is willing to look at alternative forms of resolution.
