Cory C. Hildebrandt
Cory’s practice focuses on litigation and enforcement matters, where he helps clients recover secured and unsecured assets, enforce contracts, and navigate compliance-heavy processes.
Cory represents institutional clients in the financial services and real estate industries, including banks, loan servicers, property managers, and commercial lenders. With a background in finance and more than six years of combined legal and business experience, he brings a practical perspective that connects business insight with legal strategy. His work includes representing clients in litigation involving evictions, foreclosures, and commercial enforcement, as well as advising on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
Cory lives in Granger, Indiana, with his wife and their three children. He is active in his community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Penn Wrestling Club and coaching youth wrestling. Outside of his practice, he enjoys playing soccer, running, and hiking.
