Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA Welcomes Attorney Courtney A. Martin to Philadelphia Office

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm now in its 89th year of client service, is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Courtney A. Martin to the firm's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.

Ms. Martin focuses her practice on consumer collection matters, including collateral recovery, credit union representation, and subrogation. Prior to joining Weltman, Ms. Martin served as a law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court Clerk and as a creditor’s rights attorney for a small firm in New Jersey, where she handled contested and uncontested foreclosure matters, as well as foreclosure mediations.

Ms. Martin earned her J.D. from Widener University Law School in 2012, and her undergraduate degree in politics from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. in 2009. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
