Nicole has successfully defended her clients in a number of matters involving the FDCPA and other consumer statutes.
Practicing in consumer collections, Nicole primarily covers the firm's hearings and matters for the state of Indiana. Nicole has litigated and defended numerous cases in the Indiana Superior Courts, Circuit Courts, and Small Claims Courts. Her defense cases include a variety of alleged violations of consumer statutes, including those of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA).
When she is not practicing in the court room, Nicole stays active by running. She has completed four marathons and several half marathons to date.
