As a seasoned practitioner with over 40 years’ experience, Larry knows how to get real results.

Larry assists banks, credit unions, and mortgage servicers with defaulted real estate transactions and the recovery of mortgage-secured debt. He typically handles residential and commercial foreclosures, evictions, and title insurance issues. Whether his clients are looking for alternatives to foreclosure, or need to pursue legal action, Larry seeks to obtain maximum results in the shortest amount of time – and at a reasonable cost.

The benefit of partnering with a knowledgeable attorney such as Larry is his ability to translate the default and foreclosure process into a language his clients can easily understand. He has presented and written on numerous topics concerning foreclosure and the mortgage servicing industry, and his work has been published in several nationally-distributed industry books, magazines, and online publications. He has been recognized in 15 editions of Ohio Super Lawyers (2004-05, 2008-23), and is AV® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest available rating for legal ability and professional ethics.

Larry is married with three sons and nine grandchildren. He is involved with his community as an officer and board member of Beachwood Kehilla, and an instructor of Shotokan karate – a sport he has enjoyed teaching since college. Larry has volunteered in teaching at Yeshiva High School, a school for students who have not been successful in mainstream schools. He is a multiyear volunteer in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3R’s program, helping Cleveland city school students with career planning and understanding of their rights, responsibilities, and realities. Larry also travels frequently with his wife and has been to 20 countries.
