With his comprehensive understanding of the state and federal laws that govern the debt recovery industry, Dan is diligently focused on achieving maximum recoveries for his clients. From the initial contact with the borrower, to the filing of a lawsuit, to post-judgment recovery, Dan considers every possible option along the way before counseling his client on a recommended course of action.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as vice president and senior counsel for one of the largest diversified financial institutions in the U.S. His litigation matters included UCC, trust and fiduciary, employment, intellectual property, brokerage, mortgage, and collection counterclaims.
