Weltman Attorney Receives Subrogation Recovery Professional Certification

Weltman Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman) congratulates Jason A. Mosbaugh, an attorney practicing in the Subrogation Group, for becoming a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) through the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP).

The CSRP title is the industry designation for subrogation professionals. Those possessing the designation have met stringent academic and legal experience requirements, have agreed to be bound by the Code of Professional Ethics of CRSPs and have successfully passed the CSRP exam.

At Weltman, Jason focuses his legal practice in Subrogation and Consumer Collections, and is based in the firm’s Cincinnati office. He earned his B.S. in Political Science and Pre-Law from Miami University in 2001 and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2003. A member of the American, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio State, Clermont County and Cincinnati Bar Associations, Jason is licensed in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts (Southern District of Indiana, Eastern & Western Districts of Kentucky, and Southern District of Ohio) and the U.S. 6th Circuit court of Appeals. Jason is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and volunteers with the LiveStrong Foundation.

The National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), a non-profit trade association, was established in November of 1998. Through programs and conferences, the number one priority at NASP centers around providing comprehensive and up-to-date education opportunities for subrogation professionals to assist in maximizing recoveries and establishing best practices.
