WWR is proficient in handling diverse files including but not limited to credit cards, debt paper, consumer loans, bad checks, insurance subrogation, auto financing, and probate matters, Our extensive network of collection call centers allows for the use of a predictive dialer for regular contact attempts. Our team of attorneys work closely with each collection unit, providing legal assistance to enhance the collection effort, anywhere a debtor or debtor's assets may be located. Commercial Collections

Focusing on business-to-business transactions, this team provides collection services, loan work-outs and collection related litigation. We work with debtors to restructure an obligation and establish voluntary repayment programs. Our attorneys are supported by legal assistants, and asset tracers who are adept at pursuing all avenues when the principal debtor is no longer a viable entity, as we can pursue aggressive collection and legal action against the primary debtor and guarantors. Our commercial and complex collections groups are experienced in handling the unusually complicated matters for industry, in-house collection departments, financial institutions and international clients.

Real Estate Default

The foreclosure and eviction team at WWR works with real estate secured lenders to successfully complete foreclosures, evictions, title services and the management of REO closings in a timely manner, focusing on the critical objectives of completing the process and producing clear title to the real property in the minimum amount of time. Our staff understands the demands of the industry and the importance of resolving obstacles to the process for both judicial and non-judicial states. We take a proactive approach to loss mitigation, working with lenders and the courts to try and resolve matters. Our services include forbearance agreements, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, loan modifications, favorable settlements or consent judgments. Bankruptcy

The members of the WWR bankruptcy team do more than minimize loss in bankruptcies. We examine all aspects of a claim and manage the process to protect our clients' interests and pursue maximum recovery, leading to a high number of reaffirmation agreements and voluntary surrenders of collateral, enabling us to more effectively and efficiently process matters where fraud may be present. Our staff is intimately involved in the bankruptcy process and is frequently called upon by our clients and conference sponsors to present educational programs on bankruptcy issues and trends. We have fully utilized technology in order to receive daily updates on bankruptcy filings and provide you reporting and follow up in nationally representing creditors on Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy filings.

Litigation & Defense

The litigation and defense team at WWR provides domestic representation on contested matters with respect to complex legal and business issues for creditors. Our goal is to obtain timely resolutions while minimizing exposure liability. Our experience in litigation combined with our focus and knowledge in creditors' rights allows us to not only represent creditors as plaintiffs or defendants in litigation but to also offer advice on revising business issues, letters, contracts and procedures in order to avoid litigation. We work in a partnership with our clients to thoroughly review each situation and find practical and appropriate solutions, including representation in compliance and defense, contracts, collateral/money recovery, real estate transactions and industrial matters, both domestically and in support of our international clients.
