Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR) legal action recovery services are ideal for files that have verified assets and are ready to be sued. Working in conjunction with our client's internal collection operation, we handle files after initial collection efforts have been attempted. We collaborate with your collection team to provide the legal action needed to effect recovery. By choosing from various fee programs, legal costs can easily be forecasted and managed.
Menu & Retainer Fee Programs
Under our menu program, each service in the pre-judgment and post-judgment litigation process has a set fee. Alternatively, our retainer programs cover the entire litigation process from complaint through judgment for a flat fee. Post-judgment activities on retainer files are then handled on the fee menu basis. At the client's request, we will instruct debtors to send payments directly to the client, which eliminates fees for monitoring payments. Files that are forwarded under these programs can easily be converted to contingency collection if necessary.
Integrated Fee Program
We have developed a program that integrates our fee litigation services with the contingency collection process. Clients continue in-house collection efforts with the added leverage of a demand letter that is sent by WWR. This approach increases the opportunity for resolution prior to suit. If payment arrangements are made or the account is settled, we are paid a nominal flat fee. If arrangements are not made, WWR files suit and initiates collection activity on a contingency fee basis. This program saves the client money since not all files are sued and we are only paid if results are produced.
Our team of attorneys and legal assistants has extensive experience in handling lawsuits for installment loans, credit cards, personal loans and auto loan deficiency balances.
