The Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR) foreclosure team assists real estate secured lenders in successfully completing foreclosures and evictions throughout Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania. We focus on the critical objectives of completing the process and producing a clear title to the real property in the minimum amount of time.

With extensive technology, WWR is capable of handling a large volume of foreclosures.  Our staff is effective in resolving obstacles to the process in both judicial and non-judicial states. We take a proactive approach in attempting to maximize recovery through foreclosure or alternatives such as forbearance agreements, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, loan modifications, favorable settlements or consent judgments. As one of the largest creditors' rights law firms in the country as ranked by Collections & Credit Risk magazine and using revenues and placements as a measurement, we can also assist our clients in collecting deficiency judgments or other debts.

We communicate with clients through various vehicles including Lenstar, direct connectivity and e-mail.
