Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA Attorney Dustin H. Allen Named President of the Indiana Creditors Bar Association

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm, is pleased to announce attorney Dustin H. Allen has been named president of the Indiana Creditors Bar Association.

The Indiana Creditors Bar Association services approximately 40 members representing over 30 law firms. Mr. Allen has been a member of the ICBA since 2010, and prior to the recent appointment he served as vice president of the organization. 

Mr. Allen handles consumer collection matters for WWR. He is licensed in Indiana, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to his membership with the ICBA, Mr. Allen is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the National Creditors Bar Association. 

An active member of his community, he has served as a teen court judge for Reach for Youth, Inc., a program offering first-time juvenile offenders an opportunity to become involved in their community in lieu of traditional penalties. 

Mr. Allen earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Valparaiso University Law School in 2008. He also earned a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Valparaiso University in 2008, earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Purdue University Krannert School of Management in 2005, and graduated with distinction from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision in 2003.
