Keri P. Ebeck is a Shareholder with the firm who handles consumer and real estate bankruptcy matters. Ms. Ebeck currently serves as treasurer of the Allegheny County Bar Association Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section, which is responsible for studying bankruptcy and commercial law and informing its members of proposed changes to related legislation.
Ms. Ebeck is also a member of the Bankruptcy, Collection and Women in Legal Leadership Committees for the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN), and the Education Services and Marketing subcommittees for the Legal League 100. She belongs to the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is involved with the Judith K. Fitzgerald Western Pennsylvania Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
Ms. Ebeck is licensed in Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas; the Third Circuit Court of Appeals; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Ebeck earned her J.D. from the Roger Williams University School of Law, and her B.A. in political science from King's College.
