Daniel E. Best is a Shareholder of WWR's Detroit office. He practices in Consumer Collections, with a focus on the Consumer Collections (General), Corporate & Financial Services, Governmental Collections, Healthcare, Collateral Replevin/Recovery, Probate, Student Loan and Subrogation Groups. Mr. Best earned a B.S. in Business from The Ohio State University in 1987 and a J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 1990. A member of the American, Michigan and Michigan Creditors Bar Associations, he is licensed in Michigan and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan), the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians Tribal Court, Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians Tribal Court, Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Court and Sault Ste. Marie Chippewa Tribal Court. Mr. Best currently serves as a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Michigan Creditors Bar Association.
